The assessment must describe and assess any recognized environmental conditions as defined by ASTM Standard E-1527-00 o Industrial Hygiene and Indoor Air Quality o Brownsfields Services o Landfills and Solid Waste o SWPPP Services o Remediation Services o Occupational Health and Safety o Underground Storage Tanks Close-out Reports o Soil Analysis Report o Soil Sampling Report o Regulatory Compliance o Mold, Fungal, and Legionella Services o Peer Reviews o Expert Witness The Consultant will be expected to work closely with staff for the duration of the assigned projects, and attend all meetings and workshops, as necessary. The City reserves the right to award its total requirements to one bidder, or to apportion those requirements among several Bidders as the City may deem to be in its best interests.
