Site work for a military facility in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.
The work can be generally described as the construction of concrete ramps and walls to serve as a platform for the bore siting of the newest versions of the U.S. Military's Main Battle Tank, M2 Abrams. This project is located off route 40 in the northeast region Ft. Barfoot, Blackstone, Virginia. The work is considered to be non-capital construction. Questions will be due NLT 12:00 PM on March 22, 2024. Submit all questions in writing via email to William.l.cole.nfg@army.mil by March 20th by the close of business. Answers will be provided in addenda on March 22nd by the close of business. A Bid Bond is not required. The contractor, shall however, provide certificate of builder's risk insurance equal to the value of the contract plus any change orders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
