General Requirements: Contractor shall provide all shop, labor, materials, equipment, debris/trash removal and supervision to construct Munitions Training Area approximately 65 feet by 35 feet as defined below. 2. Specifications: Skim grass from the defined area and level the surface. Compact the prepared training area and access driveway. Provide, install and anchor railroad ties to outline the training area and driveway. Fill training area with rock dust and compact to have three inch compacted surface. Commodity Code: 91336 Work Location: Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia State Police, Driver Training Center, 1875 Ridge Road, Blackstone, Virginia 23824 Pre-Bid Meeting - Due to the importance of all Bidders having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements for this solicitation, attendance at this conference will be a prerequisite for submitting a Bid. Attendance at the conference will be evidenced by the representative's signature on the attendance roster at the location where the work will be performed. This procurement is "Small Business Set-Aside Award Priority, however all vendors are encouraged to submit a bid.
