The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish contracts with five or more qualified contractors per eVA zone who can provide Fencing and Barriers. Each will include repairs, maintenance, enhancements and new installation on an "as needed" basis at various National Guard facilities throughout the state of Virginia for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods for the Department of Military Affairs, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hereinafter referred to as DMA or The Agency. Contractors have the option to submit bids for any or all of the Services in any or all eVA zones in which the Term Contractor is capable of completing. Current Facility names and locations are listed in Appendices III and IV of this solicitation; contract includes but is not limited to these locations. DMA reserves the right, at any time during the term of this contract, to add or delete additional facilities and/or services that fall within the scope of this contract Period of Contract-From July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 Renewable for a period of four (4) one year options that will run July 1 through June 30 all subsequent years.
