The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish contracts with five or more qualified contractors for per area (eVA zones) per trade who can provide the following services: Landscaping, Fine Mowing, Bush Hogging, Tree Trimming, Excavating, Gravel Hauling, Erosion and Sediment Control, Gravel Parking Lot Maintenance and Restoration, Snow and Ice Removal, etc. This will include repairs, maintenance, enhancements and new installation on an "as needed" basis at various National Guard facilities throughout the state of Virginia for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods for the Department of Military Affairs, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hereinafter referred to as DMA or The Agency. Contractors have the option to submit bids for any or all of the eVA zones in which the Term Contractor is capable of servicing. The contractor must be DPOR licensed to perform any trade that requires a specialized license prior to submission of bids. Current Facility names and locations are listed in Appendices III and IV of this solicitation; contract includes but is not limited to these locations. DMA reserves the right, at any time during the term of this contract, to add or delete additional facilities and/or services that fall within the scope of this contract. Renewable Option for Four (4) Successive One (1) Year Periods. Renewable for a period of four (4) one-year options that will run April 1st to March 31st all subsequent years.
