Site work and paving for a road / highway in Covington Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the following: Covington Township Leggs Road - 2024 Roadway Improvement Project, consisting of the following: approximately, 2,950 SY Bituminous Wearing Course 9.5 MM Mix, 2,950 SY Bituminous Base Course 25 MM Mix, 650 sy of Type 3 2A Shoulder and related work. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Covington Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Covington Township. Covington Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to refuse any, any combination, or all Bids submitted; and also reserves the right to waive any informality in Bids received, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder.
