The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals necessary for the replacement of various interior lighting on both the landside and airside with LED lights. All work will be performed in accordance with the specifications, construction drawings, and local code The Contract Documents form the Contract for Construction, Installation, and Implementation. This Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, either written or oral. The Contract may be amended or modified only by a Modification as defined in Subparagraph 1.1.1. The Contract Documents shall not be construed to create any contractual relationship of any kind between Architect/Engineer and Contractor, but Architect/Engineer shall be entitled to the performance of obligations intended for their benefit, and to the enforcement thereof. Nothing contained in the Contract Documents shall create any contractual relationship between the Owner or Architect/Engineer and any Subcontractor or Sub-subcontractor.
