Renovation of a museum in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,955-square-foot, two-story above grade museum.
A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Replacement in kind of existing HVAC units and associated piping, ductwork and electrical at the Pauley Center. Miscellaneous interior finish repair, ceiling repair/replacement and roofing repair/replacement work associated with HVAC installation are also included. Work as indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Sealed bids are invited for the construction of VMFA Pauley Center HVAC Renovation located at VMFA, Richmond, VA 23220, Project Code 238-18575-002._The project consists of replacement in kind of HVAC equipment of the Pauley Center and associated piping, ductwork and electrical work. Interior finish and roof repair/replacement work as associated with HVAC replacement work. For additional scope refer to project scope outlined in the contract documents.
