Renovation of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work consists of demolishing the existing primary clarifier internal mechanisms and installing new primary clarifier internal mechanisms inside existing Primary Clarifiers 1, 3, and 4, which are 115-ft diameter tanks. Demolishing existing and installing new electrical controls, conduit, and lighting associated with three new primary clarifier internal mechanisms. Repairing miscellaneous concrete wall areas and performing surface preparation and installing full floor grout over top of the existing floor inside three existing 115-ft diameter primary clarifiers. Removing debris from the 66-inch splitter box influent pipe, located in the splitter box invert. The Work to be done under this Contract includes all work required by the Construction Documents necessary for miscellaneous renovations to the Henrico County Water Reclamation Facility. The Contractor shall perform all work required for such construction in accordance with the Contract Douments and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract, complete and ready for use.
