The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide and deliver High Quality Asphalt Cold Patch Material, bagged or bucket, bulk, and one (1) ton sack. The asphalt material binder or mix must be pre-approved by the VDOT Materials Division. See listing in Special Provisions. The product will be used for pothole repairs. It must be designed for all weather patching, wet, dry or sub-freezing conditions. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Debbie Bayles at Debbie.Bayles@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EST on March 13, 2024.
