This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Raleigh, North Carolina. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The lawn care and grounds services are to include grass mowing/cutting, string trimming, edging, pruning, fertilizing, aerating and seeding, and pruning and weed control. The area for which services are needed is shown on the attached map (Attachment B: Site Map). The total square footage of grass lawn is approximately 166,400 square feet. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on July 02, 2024, through June 30, 2025. At the end of the Contract's initial term, the State shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew the Contract on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year terms. The State will give the Vendor written notice of its intent to exercise each option no later than ninety (90) days before the end of the Contract's then-current term. In addition to any optional renewal terms, and with the Vendor's concurrence, the State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term.
