Generator Replacement for the High Point Courthouse and Detention Center. Question Deadline 05/06/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Any and all DOCUMENT CLARIFICATION REQUEST concerning the bid documents are to be emailed to the office of R.C. Pritchard Engineering Services, 212 Kirk Road, Greensboro, NC 27455, to the attention of R. Craig Pritchard, rcpritchardpe@gmail.com, with a copy to Kevin Bates, pbates@guilfordcountync.gov and Guilford County Purchasing, DG_Purchasing@guilfordcountync.gov. Respondents or their sub-contractors must be licensed to perform all fields of required work in North Carolina. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers check, or certified check, payable to Guilford County in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid. A performance and payment bond will be required from the awarded Contractor for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
