Pritchard Engineering Services, 212 Kirk Road, Greensboro, NC 27455, to the attention of R. Craig Pritchard, rcpritchardpe@gmail.com, with a copy to Kevin Bates, pbates@guilfordcountync.gov and Guilford County Purchasing, DG_Purchasing@guilfordcountync.gov. Respondents or their sub-contractors must be licensed to perform all fields of required work in North Carolina. Participation of minority-owned and women-owned businesses is encouraged. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers check, or certified check, payable to Guilford County in the amount of not less than 5% of the bid. A performance and payment bond will be required from the awarded Contractor for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Guilford County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
