Description of Public Improvement The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of sidewalk improvement, trail construction, compliant ADA facilities adjacent to railroad and safety rail within the project limits located at 4th Street SE from 1st Avenue E to 5th Avenue SE. The Engineer's opinion of probable cost is $510,000. The bidder may also request an interpretation from the Engineer, in writing, either through mail, fax or email. Questions received in any format less than seven days prior to the date for opening bids may not be answered.
