**As of April 24, 2024, the project was awarded to Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, LLC in the amount of $86,148.** This Project includes routing, cleaning, heat lancing and sealing joints and cracks in the existing bituminous pavement on the streets shown on the maps and street lists. The Work to be carried out under these General Requirements includes furnishing all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary for the construction of the proposed improvements, complete in place as described in the Plans and Specifications herein. The City reserves the right to add or remove quantities based on field conditions during construction. This will not result in contract unit price adjustments. Est.
