Anthony Construction, Inc., but the awarded amount is not available.** Reference Number 0000345710 Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % The work under this contract involves the construction of a new varying seven (7) / five (5) foot wide concrete sidewalk along Mound Road from Althea Street north to Montgomery Drive in accordance with the plans, details and specifications. The approximate quantities of work involved for this project are as follows: Sidewalk, Conc, 4 inch 6,041 Sft Sidewalk, Conc, 6 inch 143 Sft Sidewalk Ramp, Conc, 6 inch 133 Sft and related appurtenances, as well as traffic control and maintenance, clean-up, and restoration. A certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the Charter Township of Shelby, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. This time frame may be adjusted through mutual agreement between the Owner and Contractor. *The right is reserved by Shelby Township to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities in any bid in the best interest of the Township.
