1. Wall preparation for painting. 2. Furnish and apply (2) coats minimum of Pre-Catalyzed Epoxy paint (Paint code - SW 7103 semi-gloss) 3. Corridor walls (see map) 4. Classroom walls (see map) 5. Restroom walls, and restroom stalls complete (see map) 6. Furnish and supply Acoustical ceiling paint (Procoat: Procoustic) for: a. Classrooms, restrooms, and corridors and media center (see map) i. apply to acoustical tile, louvers, speaker grills and grid. Question Deadline 03/20/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Requests that the School District clarify information contained in this RFP are allowed. Any requests for clarification or questions regarding this RFP must be received no later than the timeline detailed in the project timeline as posted. All requests for additional information or questions regarding the project must be submitted through the portal. Questions and answers will be compiled and posted in the project. See paint map, one to include areas that can be painted after school hours and the other that must be painted between June 10th 2024 and August 1, 2024. The entire painting project must be complete by August 1, 2024. The School District reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion (for this provision and all other provisions contained in this RFP), to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all Proposals with or without cause. The School District further reserves the right to waive any irregularity or informality in the RFP process or any Bid, and the right to award the Contract to other than the Proposer submitting the best financial bid (low bidder). The School District reserves the right to request additional information from any or all Proposers.
