Scope- Replacement of HVAC units in IDF roomsUpgrade HVAC units in 6 IDF rooms. Location- 1100 N. Grand Ave, Walnut, CA 91789 Bldg. 26B Courtyard. Est.value- $120,000.00 DVBE (3%) Question Submission Deadline: March 26, 2024, 2:00pm Waiver of Irregularities. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding. Award of Contract. The Contract for the Work, if awarded, will be by action of the District's Board of Trustees to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive Bid Proposal. If Alternate Bid Items are included in the bidding, the lowest priced Bid Proposal will be determined on the basis of the Base Bid Proposal or on the Base Bid Proposal and the combination of Alternate Bid Items selected in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Instructions for Bidders. A Bid Bond, in the form and content attached hereto in the amount of not less than Ten percent (10%) of the total bid price. Contract Time - estimated construction start date May 01,2024, estimated completion date June 7, 2024. Liquidated damages $750.00 a day
