Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lebanon, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Mill 2 inches of existing asphalt and resurface with 2 inches of 9.5mm HMA surface. Existing adjacent concrete sidewalk ramps will be removed and replaced in order to meet current ADA and PROWAG guidelines. In addition, areas of complete pavement failure will be further undercut and receive full depth asphalt replacement. This work will be completed in the following locations: 01 - *Anderson Lane from SR 39 (N Lebanon Street) to Elm Swamp Road, 02 - Indianapolis Avenue from 900 feet north of CR 100 S to Hendricks Drive (roundabout), 03 - Hall Baker Road from Indianapolis Road to Lasley Drive, 04 - Hall Baker Road from Lasley Drive to Indianapolis Avenue, 05 - Access Road from Hall Baker Road to Indianapolis Avenue, 06 - Mt. Zion Road from 300 feet south of Garoffolo Boulevard to SR 32 (South Street), 07 - Garoffolo Boulevard from Mt. Zion Road to SR 32 (South Street), 08 - B Street (Blair Street) from Pearl Street to Main Street, 09 - B Street (Blair Street) from Washington Street to Dead End, 10 - Lakeshore Court from Lakeshore Drive to Dead End (cul de sac), 11 - Tahoe Drive from Lakeshore Court to Lakeshore Drive 12 - Sierra Drive from Lakshore Drive to Lakeview Drive, 13 - Prestwick Court from the South Dead End (cul de sac) to the North Dead End (cul de sac), 14 - OakBend Court from Shorewood Drive to Dead End (cul de sac), 15 - Citation Circle West from Camp Street to Citation Circle North, 16 Citation Circle South from Citation Circle West to Citation Circle East, 17 - Citation Circle East from Citation Circle South to Citation Circle North, 18 - Citation Circle North from Citation Circle West to Citation Circle East, 19 - Secretariat Drive from Citation Circle West to Citation Circle East, 20 - Ascot Drive from Citation Circle West to Citation Circle East, 21 - Noble Street from SR 39 (S Lebanon Street) to Indianapolis Avenue. *Anderson Lane from SR 39 to Elm Swamp Road will also include the addition of a protected bike lane. QUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS: Bidder and Bidder's Sub-Contractors performing work type, must be on the most current Indiana Department of Transportation Pre-Qualified Contractors list at the date of the Bid Opening for the types of work involved with this project, including, but not limited to Bituminous Paving, Traffic Control, ADA Compliant Sidewalks and Ramps, Storm Sewer Casting Adjustments, Sanitary and Miscellaneous Concrete." All contractors, suppliers and subcontractors shall demonstrate 5 years of progressive experience in work similar in nature to this project. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable bid bond in the amount equal to 5 percent of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana and whose name appears of the current Treasury Department Circular 570. BONDS: The Contractors to whom work is awarded shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and they shall be acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to retain the three lowest bid proposals for a period of not more than ninety (90) days, and said proposal shall remain in full force and effect during said time. The Owner further reserves the right to waive informalities and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder or bidders, all to the advantage of the Owner, or to reject all bids. No consideration for escalation on prices can be considered; therefore, bidders are advised to not include any such escalation clauses in their proposal for this project. Any Bid not accompanied by the aforementioned required items shall be deemed to be a non-responsive Bid by the Owner. No bidder may withdraw their proposal within a period of sixty (60) days following the date set for receiving bids.
