Site work and renovation of a civil project in Palatine, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural, structural, temperature controls, and civil scope of work for the new pipe routing from Building B to Building M, and the new heating hot water plant in Building U includes but is not limited to: 1. Route new high-pressure steam and pumped condensate piping from the existing underground steam vault at Building B, through Buildings U and S, to the Building M mechanical room. 2. Provide pipe anchors, guides, expansion joints, and structural support. Reinforce existing structural framing where required. 3. Provide a new mechanical room in Building U complete with electrical power, lights, ventilation, heating, and controls. 4. Provide new steam-to-hot-water heating plant in Building U complete with steam PRV station, heat exchangers, condensate return unit, hot water pumps, variable frequency drives, temperature controls, etc. 5. Provide emergency power from Building B to the new heating plant in Building U. 6. Connect new heating hot water plant to existing Building hot water heating system. Provide stub-out pipe connections for future connection to Building U and T. 7. Demolish existing hot water boiler plant in Building S.
