**As of May 27, 2025, Our council voted to reject all bids. No definite date for the rebid.** As of December 16, 2025, this project has been awarded. A timeline for construction is unknown. The repair or rehabilitation of high-maintenance or defective sanitary sewer segments located within the city through technology or construction techniques which are unavailable to city maintenance crews. For instance, the city is actively using trenchless methods, and/or pipe re-lining, as an alternative to excavating in existing streets/neighborhoods. 2025 - $760,000 miscellaneous areas throughout the city identified as highly susceptible to infiltration. 2029 - $831,000 miscellaneous areas throughout the city identified as highly susceptible to infiltration. This project is included in the city’s 2023-2029 Capital Improvement Plan. As of March 13, 2025, project funded for FY2025/2029. Per owner, they anticipate a bid open in April 2025. Design of 2025 project will begin in the fall of 2024 and be completed by city staff. Timeline - design in the fall/winter of 2025 with construction occurring in 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
