Demolition, site work and new construction of a civil project in Monticello, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct one (1) new duplex submersible lift station; associated gravity sewer and force main piping; temporary bypass pumping; demolition of existing components and converting the existing lift station wetwell to an upstream manhole; sitework; electrical/controls; and restoration. Additive Alternate No. 1, which will include an emergency standby generator and automatic transfer switch, may be included in the project based on available budget. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of three (3) projects of a similar pump station rehabilitation nature within the past five (5) years, each having a minimum contract value of $250,000 with at least one project having a contract value in excess of $500,000.
