The work will consist of the following: a) Partial Depth Asphalt Patching b) Asphalt Milling c) Wedge/Level (As Directed) d) 2 Inch Resurfacing e) Traffic Barrier Replacement and Upgrades f) Post and W Beam Mounted Delineators g) Shoulder Rumble Strips h) Recessed Pavement Markers i) Pavement Markings j) Cross Slope Correction Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Minimum wage rates, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon latest the blank electronic proposal form (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00.
