Plumbing Maintenance, Replacement and Repair Services. The Los Angeles Unified School District ("District" or "LAUSD") is seeking bids for routine and emergency Plumbing Maintenance, Replacement, and Repair Services (Districtwide), as outlined in the attached. The resulting contract(s), if awarded, shall be valid for three (3) years with two (2) one year renewal options. Anticipated Start Date: August 2024. Board Date: July 2024 (approximate) Question Deadline: 04/02/2024 at 12:00 PM PT. All questions concerning this IFB must be in writing and sent only via email to wayne.peoples@lausd.net and pscontracts@lausd.net. All answers to questions will be in writing and posted to the website at Online. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities to the extent permitted by law in any bid received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective bids received. The award(s), if made, shall be to the lowest priced responsive and responsible Bidder(s).
