Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clayton, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Scope of Work consists of the removal and replacement of sidewalks, curb and gutter, brick pavers, driveway aprons, ADA Curb Ramps, and other work related to the repair of walking surfaces and the removal of barriers and trip hazards at various locations throughout the City of Clayton. Exact locations will be determined during construction. Traffic control and other incidental items shall be included as shown in the specifications. Not Less Than the Prevailing Hourly Rate of Wages Shall Be Paid to All Workers Performing Under This Contract in This Area According to the Rates Determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A Bid Security in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Amount Must Accompany Each Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. The City Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any Bid and to Waive Any Irregularities in the Best Interest of the City.
