Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

**As of April 2, 2024, no bids received for the project. No definite date for the rebid.** The Scope of Work for this Contact includes furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to make repairs to two activley leaking areas, both above and below grade, to prevent water intrusion into the building located at #1 Oak Knoll Park. Specific Work to include, but not limited to; 1. Removal and off-site disposal of project related debris. 2. Excavation and repair to deficient areas below grade. Identified as the north and west side of the building. See exhibit A-blue highlights. 3. Installation of below grade drainage system to move water away from north and west side of building. 4. Repair/waterproofing to south patio area under playground surfacing. Surfacing. Questions regarding this project should be directed to Justin Whipple, Superintendent of Parks, City of Clayton. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to jwhipple@claytonmo.gov. No questions will be accepted after 5:00 PM on Friday, March 8, 2024. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workmen performing under this contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City.
