Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Clayton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Scope of Work consists of the replacing the existing Lochinvar Power Fin domestic hot water boiler with a new Lochinvar high efficient domestic hot water boiler at the City of Clayton 10 N Bemiston Avenue facility. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The city reserves the right to accept or reject.
