**As of February 14, 2024, project was awarded to Western Specialty Contractors, awarded amount is $105,235.63.** The Scope of work includes the removal and replacement of expansion joint caulk and installation of backer rod replacement as needed on pool deck, as well as in the 3 pools at the Shaw Park Aquatic Center, located at 111 S. Brentwood, Clayton, MO 63105. Question Deadline 01/26/2024 at 5:00 PM CT Questions regarding this project should be directed to Justin Whipple, Superintendent of Parks, City of Clayton. All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to jwhipple@claytonmo.gov. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the City. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
