Renovation of a mixed-use development in Clayton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work consists of the replacing HVAC pumps CWP #1 and HWP #2, motors, associated appurtenances and adding VFDs at the City of Clayton 10 N Bemiston Avenue facility. Not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages shall be paid to all workers performing under this Contract in this area according to the rates determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
