Excavation - Common 5,034 Cu Yd; Aggregate Base, Class 5 1,134 Cu Yd; Bituminous Mixture 1,820 Ton; 12"-15" Storm Sewer Pipe 395 Lin Ft; 4" Sewer Service Pipe (Trenchless) 580 Lin Ft; 1" Water Service (Trenchless) 615 Lin Ft; Construct Drainage Structure 36.5 Lin Ft; Concrete Walk 1,828 Sq Ft; Concrete Curb 2,440 Lin Ft; Traffic Control 1 Ls; Common Topsoil Borrow 600 Cu Yd; Rolled Erosion Prevention 4,662 Sq Yd. Together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by June 27, 2025. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of City of Courtland shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
