All work included in the contract other than warranty work shall be completed by September 1st, 2026. Warranty and Maintenance activities will extend to September 1, 2029. A bid bond in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the bid price is required for this project. Nicollet County reserves all authority to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities therein. There will be no prebid meeting. Question Deadline 10/31/2025 The Bidder submitting the request shall be responsible for prompt delivery. Interpretations and clarifications considered necessary by the ENGINEER in response to such requests will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the ENGINEER as having received the Contract Documents.
