Foothill Transit is issuing this Request for Qualifications seeking Submittals from qualified individuals or firms to provide scope development and coordination services for various projects associated with the building systems and industrial equipment at Foothill Transit facilities, as described in more detail in Part III - Scope of Services of this RFQ. Services will be provided on an on-call basis under which Foothill Transit may issue one or more task orders (each a Task Order) to the selected Consultant. Each Task Order will be limited to a project wherein the requested services for that Task Order will not exceed $250,000.00. The Contract awarded will be for a term of one (1) year with one (1) one (1)-year option to extend the term in Foothill Transits sole discretion. Offerors should note that the execution of a contract as a result of this solicitation does not guarantee Foothill Transit will issue any Task Orders during the term of the Contract. A Prospective Offeror may submit to Foothill Transit a written request for an interpretation or clarification of, or an addendum to, this RFQ. Any such request must be received by Foothill Transit no later than 1:00 PM, PDT on March 29, 2024. The request must be submitted through Foothill Transit, Electronically . Foothill Transit is not bound by any oral interpretations, clarifications, or changes made to this RFQ by any Foothill Transit representative, employee, or contractor. Any clarification or change to the RFQ must be provided in writing by Foothill Transit pursuant to this Section. Foothill Transit will review and prepare a written response to each written request made by a Prospective Offeror pursuant to this Section. Foothill Transits written response(s) will be posted on the Procurement Portal and/or otherwise furnished to all Prospective Offerors no later than April 17, 2024. Foothill Transit reserves the right to make modifications or addenda to this RFQ. If Foothill Transit determines it is appropriate to revise any portion of this RFQ, either at the request of a Prospective Offeror or upon Foothill Transits own initiative, Foothill Transit will issue, and make available to all Prospective Offerors, a written addendum setting forth this revision. Offerors shall acknowledge receipt of addenda by written notice thereof returned to Foothill Transit. Where addenda require changes in the services to be performed under the Contract, the date set for receipt of Submittals may be postponed by such number of days as Foothill Transit determines are appropriate in order to enable Prospective Offerors to revise Submittals A transcript or recording of the teleconference will be provided to Prospective Offerors in an addendum to the RFQ; however Foothill Transit is not bound by any information provided in the verbal responses to questions that may be posed during the conference. Any clarifications and responses will be provided in writing in accordance with the process Foothill Transit reserves the right in its discretion to cancel this RFQ in whole or in part. Foothill Transit reserves the right in its discretion to accept or reject any and all Submittals, or refuse to enter into any contract resulting from any Submittal, without expense to Foothill Transit The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
