Settling Ponds Improvements A Cashier's Check or a Certified Check on a Solvent Bank in Oklahoma or a Proposal Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Bid Shall Accompany the Bid of Each Proposer. No Proposer May Withdraw His Bid for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Closing Date for the Receipt of Bids. Performance, Maintenance and Statutory Payment Bonds in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price Each With a Corporate Surety Licensed in Oklahoma and Approved by the Owner Will Be Required for the Faithful Performance of the Contractor for Projects Over Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), and the Bidder Shall State in the Bid the Name and Address of the Surety or Sureties Who Will Sign This Bond in Case the Contract is Awarded to Him. Copies of Acceptable Bond Forms Are Included in This Packet. A Maintenance Bond Guaranteeing the Repair of All Damage Due to Improper Materials or Workmanship for a Period of One (1) Year After the Acceptance of the Work by the Owner Will Be Required.
