Site work for a water / sewer project in Battle Ground, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 1, 2025, this has been cancelled. Clark Public Utilities (the Utility) requests Statements of Qualifications from professional engineering firms for the design/planning, engineering design, specifications, contract documents, construction cost estimates, design reports, and technical support for the SE Grace & NE 142nd Ave Water Main Project. The general scope of services shall also demonstrate the capability to perform construction inspection and assist with construction management. A. SE Grace: Eaton to 24th: Replace approximately 3,000 LF of 4 CL200 PVC water main within NE Grace Ave with 8 C900 PVC water main to meet current fire flow and capacity standards. B. NE 142nd: 159th to 178th: Replace approximately 5,200 LF of 4 CL 200 PVC water main within NE 142nd Ave with 8 C900 water main to meet current fire flow and capacity standards. The Utility reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Statement of Qualifications received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time The project is expected to complete construction by the end of 2024.
