Site work and paving for a road / highway in Garner, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

As of May 6, 2024, project was awarded to Slurry Pavers, awarded amount is $439,591.64 All Questions Due - March 7, 2024, by 12:00 P.M. All bids must be made on the form furnished by the Town. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Town's Purchasing Officer with the project name typed or clearly printed on the lower left corner. Bids must remain valid and shall not be subject to withdrawal for sixty (60) calendar days after the bid opening date. All communications concerning this RFP should be directed: TL Bradley, Streets Superintendent Phone: (919)772-7600 tbradley@garnernc.gov This is a Pavement Preservation Programs and Activities project. This project will include Crack Sealing and Micro-surfacing for various sections of roadway throughout the town limits of Garner. The Contractor shall furnish and deliver all the materials and perform all the work in the manner and form as provided by the bid documents. All materials and application processes are required to meet and or exceed NCDOT Standards and Specifications The term "Pavement Preservation Programs and Activities" means programs and activities employing a network level, long-term strategy that enhances pavement performance by using an integrated, cost-effective set of practices that extend pavement life, improve safety, and meet road user expectations".
