Renovation of a municipal facility in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Falmouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites bids from qualified contractors for the following: Construct a temporary security wall as per drawing. No electrical is required as this is considered to be a temporary wall; both sides to be finished with shiplap, pre-primed and finished with a satin finish paint. Pass through counter will be a laminate top with a stainless-steel pass through; all door hardware to be brushed. Nickel glass must be tempered. The purpose of this project is to increase safety measures by providing a barrier between clients and staff at the reception desk in the lobby area. FHA is a quasi-governmental agency; this means that we must seek three price quotes for this service. Vendor responsible for all measurements. Photography of existing conditions provided as a reference only; a unit can be made available for review.
