**As of April 26, 2024 projetc was awarded to Kraft Power ( $2,670/yr ). ** Three-year term for Service, on a semi-annual basis, consisting of: 1) Inspection, (2) Testing, and (3) Reporting. At least one of the semi-annual services shall include: (a) A complete lube oil and lube oil filter change, and (b) A tune up on all engines listed in Appendix A. A service checklist, completed and signed by the technician performing the work, shall be required and provided at the time of service. Oil charges, environmental fees, parking fees, and shop supplies fees are not included in the contract - FHA acknowledges that these will be billed at a separate rate. The agreement shall be for three (3) years with an effective start date of May 1, 2024. The contract shall not auto-renew The Falmouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites proposals from Contractors for Generator Preventative Maintenance Services in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Interested vendors are encouraged to schedule site visit(s) to review the generators included in Appendix A.
