This project includes the following 1. Contractor proposals shall be for labor only. Prevailing Wage Rates apply. 2. Owner to supply materials for new work. 3. Public Works will provide a C&D container for all removed wood and materials. 4. Insurance Requirements: The Contractor shall provide general comprehensive liability insurance, with motor vehicle coverage, with a minimum limit of $1,000,000.00 and Workman's Compensation insurance as required by law. The Town will require a Certificate of Insurance naming the Town of Falmouth as an additional insured without any additional cost to the Town. 5. Work to be completed by June 21, 2024. 6. Field bleachers are 175' long x 20' wide. 7. Contractor to remove and replace all wood floor boards. Replacement boards shall be pressure treated. 8. Accessway aisles shall be reinforced with stiffener plates and riser boards as shown on attached sketch. Areas below seating shall be reinforced with stiffener plates (no riser boards). 2 7/8" long structural flat-head construction screws to be used to fasten plate and riser boards. 9. 3/8" x3" galvanized carriage bolts, lock washers, and nuts shall be reused. New hardware shall be used where needed to ensure a complete fastener system. 10. Commercial grade 4' high black vinyl coated chain link fence fabric shall be installed on existing steel posts along the outside perimeter of the bleachers.
