The Town of Falmouth, Massachusetts, invites qualified applicants to submit proposals to provide Owner's Project Management Services for the design and construction of a police station building. Questions concerning this Request for Qualifications must be submitted via email to: Town Manager, at policestationbid@falmouthma.gov. Only those inquiries received by June 13, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. will be considered. Responses will be emailed to all proposers on record as having received the RFQ. Project Background The Town has determined that the size, design and condition of the existing police station do not meet the current and future needs of the Falmouth Police Department. The Town has funding to conduct a feasibility study and a site selection process with assistance from an Owners Project Management firm and an architectural firm. The Town is herein seeking proposals from qualified Owners Project Management (OPM) firms. Once the OPM services are contracted for, the Town will be seeking proposals from qualified architects for the feasibility study and needs assessment.
