The Thompson Street Park Improvements Project will include court re-surfacing, inclusive play equipment, safety surfacing, new pedestrian pathways, ball field grading, stormwater management, erosion controls, site amenities, landscaping, and other miscellaneous site improvements. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. PA prevailing wage rates apply to this contract.
