All materials must conform to PA specifications 408 dated 1990 and must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of total bid. The municipality reserves the right to accept the lowest responsible bid or to accept or reject any or all proposals that it deems to be in the best interest of the Township.
