Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project is located in the Coachella Valley and consists, in general, of the construction of approximately 5.9 miles of concrete and on-street path to accommodate bicycles, pedestrians, and low-speed electric vehicles. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to, site demolition, a 14-foot wide concrete path, decomposed granite landscape improvements, wayfinding signage, benches, trash and recycling receptacles, water fountains, metal railing, solar pathway lights, grading, drainage, pathway centerline striping, seeded glass concrete, in addition to procuring all materials and performing all other work necessary to complete the work in accordance with the project plans and specifications. This project is subject to the "Buy America" provisions of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1982 as amended by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Assistance Efficiency Act of 1991. Bids are required for the entire work described herein.
