Locations: Washington Technology Magnet School Journeys Secondary School 1495 Rice Street 90 Western Avenue South Saint Paul, Minnesota 55117 Saint Paul, Minnesota 55102 Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (in the form of a bid bond or cashier's check) is required for bids totaling $175,000 or more. Electronically submitted bids require a copy of the bid security to accompany submission. Original cashier's check bid security must be delivered within three (3) business days of bid opening or postmarked on or before bid opening date. This project consists of installing approximately 150 audio/visual systems in existing classrooms and conference room spaces. QUALIFICATION Each bidder shall review the General Conditions of the Contract, Invitation To Bid Form and Contractor Verification of Compliance forms included in the project manual as noted in 1.6 D and E above, to verify eligibility for consideration under the criteria established for this project. It encouraged that a qualified representative from each prospective bidder's organization attends the Pre-bid Conference scheduled for this project.
