Each Naics 334513 Satellite-synchronized Network Clock Shall Utilize Global Positioning Satellite (Gps) Signals for High Accuracy Time Synchronization With Accuracy Verification From Received Global Navigation Satellite Signals (Glonass). Capable of Tracking Up To 16 Satellites to Provide Time Synchronization Accuracy to Within Plus or Minus 40ns Average, and Plus or Minus 100ns Peak Accuracy to Coordinated Universal Time. The Clock Shall Include an Optional Oven-controlled Crystal Oscillator (Ocxo) For Holdover Output Upon Loss of Gps Signal Capable of Maintaining an Average Accuracy To Within Plus or Minus 5 Microseconds for 24 Hours at a Constant or Varied Temperature.
The Clock Shall Provide Time Signals From 8 Bnc Ports and One Db-9 Output, All Configurable for Demodulated Irig-b, or Time Pulse Output. Up to 4 of The 8 Bnc Ports Shall Be Configurable to Provide Modulated Irig-b Time. Shall Include Two 10/100base-t Ethernet Ports That Support Network Time Protocol (Ntp) And Two 100base-fx Ethernet Ports That Support Precision Time Protocol (Ptp) With Multimode Lc Fiber Optic Connectors. The Clock Shall Provide Cable Delay Compensation for Antenna Cable and Output Cable Signal Delays on a Per-port Basis for Demodulated Irig-b and Pulse Time Outputs. The Clock Shall Include One Configurable Form "a" Solid State Contact and One Mechanical Form "C" Event Contact. Award of Contract Will Be Made to the Lowest, Responsive and Responsible Bidder. The Determination of the Lowest, Responsive and Responsible Bidder May Be Made on the Basis of the Lowest Ultimate Cost to the Department of the Materials or Equipment in Place and Use. The Department Reserves the Right to Award Items Separately or Award Items as a Whole, Unless Otherwise Stated Herein. The Bidder is Cautioned That Award of Contract is Not Effective Until a Final Analysis and Evaluation of All Bids Under Consideration Has Been Confirmed and an Actual Purchase Order or Contractual Document Has Been Issued to the Successful Bidder. The Department Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. The Clock Shall Have One Standard 24/48 Vdc Power Supply and a Second Optional 24/48 Vdc Power Supply. The Clock Shall Have an Lcd Front Panel Display and Front Panel Status Leds. An Optional Antenna Installation Kit (Sel-9524b) Shall Be Included Complete With the Gps/glonass Antenna, an Antenna Pipe Mounting Kit, a 50ft Lmr-400 Coaxial Cable, a Gas Tube Coaxial Surge Protector With Mounting Kit, And a 25ft Lmr-400 Coaxial Cable. The Clock Shall Be Configurable With Sel-5030 "Acselerator Quickset" Software.
