Questions Due Date: Mar 7th 2024, 4:00 PM EST Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bid Security in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the instruction to bidders. Performance and payment bonds will be required. In compliance with Executive Order 11625 and 12138, the successful bidder must utilize to the greatest extent feasible, minority and/or women-owned businesses located in the municipality, county or general trade areas. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the owner for a period not to exceed thirty-five (35) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding of the contract. In this period of time, no bidder may withdraw their bid.
