Video Security System Upgrades REBID - Father Vincent Francis Diaferio Village at Father Vincent Francis Diaferio Village (MA 6-3) in Fall River, Massachusetts. The Project consists of but not limited to: 1. Removal of the existing analog video surveillance system, including but not limited to cabling, connectors, power supplies, equipment, cameras, mounts, etc. All holes/ penetrations shall be patched, filled, and/or painted as indicated. 2. Installation and programming of a new complete IP video surveillance system, including but not limited to, head-end servers, licenses, network switches, viewing workstations/monitors, enclosures/racks, uninterrupted power supplies (UPS), cameras, mounts, cabling and pathways (copper and fiber), surge protection, etc. New fiber infrastructure New underground conduit system and fiber connecting the Community Center to the Maintenance Building, including trenching and repair of sidewalks, cross walks, lawns, etc. New dedicated HVAC split system for Community Building IT Room. Reworking of existing ductwork feeding the space. New electrical circuits to support new security equipment and HVAC split system. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five(5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates), and made payable to the FALL RIVER HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work, Electronic Security Systems, and must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement.
