Renovation of an educational facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The threshold for which the contractor shall comply with the Guidelines for Recruitment and Selection of Minority Businesses for Participation in State Construction Contracts has been reduced from $300,000 to $100,000. This change is reflected on page 16 of the Project Manual. Project is to replace two existing air-cooled chillers serving Dormitories A/B and Dormitories C/D at the Governor Morehead School with two new air-cooled chillers. Base Bid: All work associated with Chiller 1 (CH-1). Alternative 1: Add all work associated with Chiller 2 (CH-2). No bid may be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of 30 days. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bids shall be made only on the BID/ACEPTANCE form provided herein with all blank spaces for bids properly filled in and all signatures properly executed.
