As of May 2, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Project description: Replace sewer laterals and construction of new unified cleanouts at the Anchorage Homes development including cleaning and televising sanitary sewer system to locate sewer laterals for public housing as indicated on the Drawings and Specifications. BID BONDS: Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, U. S. Government Bonds at par value or a 5% bid bond secured by an approved surety company. All bids must be submitted and signed on the Bid Forms furnished in the Bid Packet. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of your bid. HUD APPROVAL: The work is to be funded by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and the contract administered by the GCHA. HUD reserves the right to approve the contractor selected by the Authority. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the Owner.
