Additional pre bid meeting note: Attendance is not required; however, bidders and subcontractors are encouraged to attend if they wish to ask questions concerning the scope of work or selection process. The Owner's DBE Liaison Officer will be available to answer questions concerning DBE bidding and contract compliance. After the site tour, an addendum will be issued if any changes to the project's specifications and/or drawings are necessary, including any clarifications. Verbal comments and responses during a site tour shall not be binding upon the Owner. Additional site tours will be provided upon request.
