The Granite City Fire Department is requesting Proposals for roof repair services located at 2301 Madison Avenue, Granite City, Illinois. (Station #1) The specifications of said services are for the Base Roof approximately 8500 square feet. Removal and disposal of old materials 2. Supply and install new materials a. Remove everything to decking b. Prime Concrete c. Install fully adhered ISO board d. Install R-30 poly ISO board, fully adhered e. Install fully adhered tapered poly ISO board system f. Install 60mil TPO fully adhered roofing system g. Install termination bar and flashing as needed h. Cover all drains i. Install 6" gutters on the back of building 3. Clean up entire work area (all nails and other materials) 4. Clean all gutters (if roof is done) 5. Dedicated production scheduling team 6. All employees should be WCB and COR Certified 7. Must have Illinois State Roofing License 8. Properly Insured for Commercial Roofing Repairs 9.
